To accomplish this, Elite Nursing & Rehabilitation Center partners with a personal care agency, Catered Living, to provide hands-on assistance in any of our residential settings.
Our Independent Living program

The base rate for Independent Plus includes all the services of the Independent Living program. In addition, residents on the Independent Plus program received scheduled assistance with daily needs such as bathing, dressing or managing medicines.
En enhanced level of service offered to the residents of our community, the residents in Independent Plus receive all Personal Care Services listed as well as an added benefit – dedicated staff members 24 hours a day.
Whether you want extra peace of mind or have non-medical needs throughout the night, the Independent Plus program is just the thing for you. An additional Personal Care fee for the services will vary according to the needs of the resident.
